BBW network issues?

A few days ago I re installed 2876 to get rid of the android junk on my phone because of the ART bug, but now I'm getting this BBW network error every time I try to download something?

First time this has happened to me. What to do?
Thanks all. I can't download the new fix to the ART bug! Lol.

Edit: So it seems to be happening with the Visual Arts app only. Did the BBW reset but still can't download the app. Suggestions?

I did not install the OS update and I am having the same problem when trying to update visual arts and face 10.
