    Just unplug and reboot it. It likely finished. Not like you have to worry about losing data, you were wiping it anyway.

    Yes reboot and see if it finishes... if not use an Autoloader to reinstall the phone.

    I had a BB phone the Z10 where power went off dring the wiping. I was wiping it with intention to give it to my friends son. I considered it 'Bricked!'

    It's tough to "brick" a BB10 phone.

    Autoloader has brought my Z10 back from a few failed installation or the BB Boot Error.

    I have turn turn it off and turn on it again and the wipe out started but it is stuck at 93% again

    @Dunt Dunt Dunt Already gave you the alternative option. Use an autoloader. - https://mega.nz/#F!ERomDKaT!YYXwe5p2bUlm_4VW5VfTtw Q10 and Q5 are the same software so download the one labeled Q10.

    I dont have any bb software on my computer, from my unerstanding I have to connect my device on to my computer and have to click on the above link, is that right ?

    1) Download the file
    2) Extract the file
    3) Plug your device into your computer
    4) Run the file you downloaded / extracted

    I'm not sure about much with BB10 anymore.... but I think you might need the drivers installed from the BlackBerry software package (Blend or Link).
