    Since after I updated my Blackberry Q5 to 10.2 OS my battery wont get 100% charged up, its stuck at 97%.
    I restarted my device many time but the same issue and my charging cycles are also more than 200 but still this problem is there.
    I kept my phone on charging for more than 5 hours with wifi off, no data pack on, and no app was runnig in the background but the battery was stuck at 97%, pls help me

    Hi!!! Welcome aboard!

    I've read some folks say that they solved the issue by letting the battery discharge fully.
