Ok so i autoloaded what i thought was the full os but it turns out the autoloaders from the developer site arent the full ones (im new at this if you cant already tell). Is there a way to downgrade or chamge it. I want either BB OS 10.3 1 or 10.3.2. Ive tried researching this process and ive read different ways to do this and different autoloaders, etc. Im confused. Which is the right autoloader to use and where do i get it? How do i do it?

If you installed 10.3.3.... there is no going back to an older OS. You need to go forward.

Go to this page: https://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-l...links-1128992/ and download an autoloader for the Q10 from either the Mega or Google Drive links provided by Thurask. Download to your PC, unzip the file to give you an .exe autoloader, plug in your Q5 then click the .exe file and install your OS. If you don't want 10.3.3.3057 (newest version) then you will find ALL other versions available in either of those repositories. NEVER use a developer OS.

edit: the link for Mega is just for 10.3.3.3057 - however you can find ALL BB10 OS versions by going to the Google Drive link and working back to the repository root.

I actually tried these before i did the developer version. And they didnt work... up until i user winrar instead of 9zip to open the 7z file. I actually was able to get it updated to 10.3.2!

Why not use 7zip--that's how the file was created in the first place. Anyway, glad you finally succeeded.

I really like the device but the lack of apps sucks. Kinda had snapchat withdrawls. I manages to install some apps that I noramlly use tho.

BBM has disappearing and retractable messages if that helps with your snapchat withdrawals. You just have to convince other people to load it on their phones.
