    I have uninstalled applications normally.
However I have found that the Q5 says storage space full when trying to install more applications despite the "Storage" tab says there is free space.
I have seen that the ES File Explorer app says that I have 108 apps installed. With this program I see that several of these apps I uninstalled them months ago. But when I click on them from ES File Explorer they run normally. These apps do not appear on the desktop, or in the system configuration tabs because they are theoretically uninstalled but they are still in the system.
What is the actual storage space of Blackberry Q5?
    Storage says:
    System 3.47 GB
    2.05 GB applications
    User files 26 MB
    Free 484 MB
I have also tried to delete data from installed applications but this has not been transformed into free space.
First, it simulated erasing the data and then they were back.
Finally, it says eliminate them but the free space remains the same:
    System 3.47 GB
    Applications 1.81 GB
    User files 26 MB
    Free 484 MB
    What is happening?
    I have Q5 SQR100-2 v.10.3.2.2836

Sounds like that Android uninstall bug for BB10

For a while there was a bug that when you uninstall an app that is really an Android app, it doesn't actually remove it. I had to use an Android uninstaller to clean mine at the time...

They are Android Apps. I tried to delete them from the Q5 desktop and from the BB10 system-config-storage tool.

What is the name of the tool that you use?

    Link is down :-(

Ok but this is also a bug, when clicking on the link it redirects me to the page in Spanish showing the message
"We're sorry, but the item I was looking for could not be found"
I have changed the language to English and the page has been displayed correctly.
I will try to install the update, right now it tells me I do not have space available.
Is it possible to download the update from PC?
    I have more BB10 devices
    Which ones are affected?

Apps simulate being uninstalled but remain hidden in memory-screenshot-2018-03-19-09.25.14.png

    Thanks, solved:
1-Update Android runtimes entering from BB10 here:
    https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...ntent/39879918
2-You don't open after installing, simply restart the device.
3-Uninstall Android hidden apps with an Android uninstaller such as ES File Explorer or X-Plore File Manager.

Currently I've done a manual search on BBW and Android runtime does not appear, although the previous link works (to see if I recorded that only works from BB10)
However BBW notifies me of an update of the Blackberry Runtime for Android that I installed 2 months ago and says:
    Available version: 10.3.2.371
    Installed version: 10.3.2.371
    Exactly the same.
Is it possible to download it to the PC and not have future problems?

The delete bug only exists for an older OS, namely 10.3.2.2876 (sw 2836).

If you apply the patch to any other OS, your device will become corrupted.

If you update your OS to something released in the last 2 years (namely 10.3.3.X), you will have no need for the patch.
