You would need to find the .bar file and sideload it. Even then, it might not work as expected.

Are you using the BlackBerry World app on your Q5 to download it? If so, it shouldn't even list any apps which are not compatible to your device. Also BB stated themselves all Q10 should automatically be compatible with the Q5.

I just checked and both Angry Birds games are indeed not compatible with the Q5 as of now. I don't know why, there is no actual reason why it shouldn't be compatible with the Q5. You might want to contact BlackBerry directly about this matter.

Have you contacted them, have they replied? There won't be a short time easy solution the people around here can come up with. Another user already was as helpful as offering you to give your the .bar file of Angry Birds to sideload it. However "we" can't make Angry Bird magically appear on your device.

Well tell them the apps you can't find but which are available for the Q10, so basicly the ones you listed here. So they'll can look into it. A few weeks ago, BB announced all apps available for Q10 would automatically be available for Q5 also. However there might've been some problems with that and they forgot to "convert" some. Best of luck, for all Q5 users out there.

Well, on which OS are you? I'm on 10.2 and I have downloaded Angry Birds right now from BlackBerry World (Both Space and Star Wars) and they work perfectly.
But I also can't download Jetpack Joyride. It isn't shown in the BlackBerry World App but on the BlackBerry World Website it is stated as "unsupported". Well I know that it works.. I had it restored to my device when I switched from the Z10 with all the apps on there copied to the q5 too (most of them worked afterwards). But it didn't look too well. Some games are merely squeezed from 16:9 to 1:1 and that's aweful in case of Jetpack Joyride and Devils Attorney. Two games where I witnessed this. So, maybe it is unsupported because of the squeezed experience.. ?

Ah, I forgot! I restored the apps to 10.1, so maybe Jetpack does not work on 10.2 yet? When I installed 10.2 I did not copy the apps back because it takes too long and I had a lot of crap installed before..
