    It isn't perfect... but neither is 10.1. Have noticed some slowness loading some apps, might be worse on the Q5... but is only a minor issue.

    Better Battery life and the new notifications make it a really good upgrade.

    It depends on career, but in general, BlackBerry os 10.2 update should be available until the end of the current month. You could wait for it, or head to the forums and install a leak (the best leak for a normal user is 1767).
