Im Jasper and im from the Philippines. I registered today. =)

I just received my BB Q10 today. It has OS 10.1.0.4184. I tried updating the OS version via Settings > Software Updates and clicking on Check Updates. After loading it says that 'You have the latest software'. How can i update the OS? Is there any other way?

1. Download the second file for Q from here (it's 10.3.1.1151 most uhmazing unofficial update yet):

2. Back up your phone if it needs to be backed up via BlackBerry Link (it's the BlackBerry desktop suite)

3. Connect your phone and run the autoloader, you will know when it's complete (it's simple)

4. Restore (app settings only if there were any, nothing else)

5. Pretend 10.1.0 never happened
