So I purchased the Z10 back on 3/22 from best buy as I couldn't wait for the Q10. I really would like the Q10 but don't want to return my Z10. So my thought is being a Silver RewardZone member I have 60 days to return the device which means the end of May. Hopefully the Q10 will arrive in the States by then. Is that wrong for me to think that?

No, that isn't wrong at all. The idea of a return policy is to make sure you end up with the product you can live with. The Z10 hasn't snagged you for good yet? What do you expect to gain from the Q10?

Just the look of the Q10 looks great! I'm loving the Z10 and typing on this thing is great and close to typing on keys. But I feel I would benefit from the Q10 on a business level than the Z10. I may be wrong about the Z10.

Best Buy told me it was only a 14 day return allowed on it. Of course, they meant the contract price.

ATT offers14 days to return the device with no penalty. If I return just the device back to best buy and exchange it with a new device Best buy's return policy kicks in and being a Silver RewardZone member I get 60 days

I've done the same. Had planned on keeping my 9900 until Q10 released, but Z10 was too enticing. I picked it up on day one from TMO (3/26). Loving it so far, but still planning on checking on the Q10 when released. The keyboard on the Z10 is awesome, but there's still something about the Q10 form factor that is just perfect.

Are some of the forum posters absolutely loaded? You hear about people having three and four devices at any given time, or buying one with plans to buy another in 60 days.

Must be nice to have so much cash on hand!

I'm on a budget, I saved up all my gift cards for my Z10. All I paid was the $50 preorder fee in cash and the remaining balance in gift cards. If the Q10 comes out at the same price it will be a direct exchange no other costs involved.

I also double check the return policy and it's 60 days for silver rewards members.

Well, you should hope the Q10 hits soon enough for the "cons" to be (reviewed) pointed out in time. In case those cons are enough to make you want to return the Z10 and get the "Q".

I am going to sell the Z10 and pay the difference if there is one for the Q10. I paid out of contract pricing for the Z10 as is.
