No issues here. Not a single one to report other than pre-existing gripes regarding the lack of homescreen shortcuts and the non-mappable Mute key. AT&T SQN100-1 and 10.2.0.1791.

Other than the occasional freeze up/ glitch (easily fixed by shutting off and restarting), no problems.

I can report that my headphone jack stopped detecting the insertion/removal of a headphone. I had to get the phone replaced, under warranty, and the new one has been fine.

The phone is too new for you to get too many "wear and tear"/durability stories, but I can tell you I've dropped mine a couple of times on hard surfaces, and it's a BlackBerry.

My biggest problem is I can't stop playing with it. Seriously, I really wish it had a Kindle app! Maybe some day. Otherwise it is awesome!

Been very happy with the Q10. You may also want to ask those with issues what software version they are running, as it sounds like BlackBerry is doing a pretty good job of addressing common concerns as the leaks and updates roll out. Q10SQN100-5/10.1.0.4780

There's another thread about this issue. Looks like it is battery-related. Don't live with the problem; it's addressable.

    I'm on a SQN100-2 / 10.1.0.4699

Setup all of your email, calendar, contacts accounts before facebook, linkedin, twitter or other social networking account. Give especially contacts app plenty of time for it to sync and sort all before linking social accounts. As of 10.1 contacts app is finicky and have hard time merging all different sources of PIM info.

Other than that BB10 is a premier experience!

If you're a HEAVY texter, you have to make sure to clear your chats every once in awhile. If you don't, the phone will hang up on the contact you message the most. This isn't a huge problem, but you should be aware. It goes away when you clear a chat.

Yeah, I guess with sideloading stuff, no guarantee, but the sideloaded Kindle app seems good. Like I said in my first post on this thread my Q10 seems to need a restart as often as my previous BBOS devices needed a battery pull, but it was doing this before I sideloaded any Android apps.

It doesn't give me a voicemail notification. That freaks me out! I had it with the torch and the 9900 and frankly, it weird to me that comehow it was lost on bb to make this simple item apart of the new phone. I've seen the threads that speak about an update coming but I don't have visual voicemail. and don't see the need for it. I really just wanna know I have a voicemail without have to check it once daily to make sure a missed caller didn't leave a message.

I hope that's just your experience and not baked into the OS.

Related: have you tried YouMail? There's a free version. I've long preferred it to regular voicemail because it generates an email with the VM embedded. Then you can get the VM on your PC, tablet, whatever. It also will fix your notification issue since you'll get an email each time there's a message left.

YouMail is not building a BB10 app, but some people have successfully sideloaded the droid version. I haven't bothered since the app is just the same thing as the mobile web site, and really everything I do with it is handled through the emails it generates and the links embedded in them. Just a thought.
