Do any of you use a wrist strap for your phone? I always wondered that people use wrist straps for cheap cameras but don't use them for phones costing a lot more.

I attached a Wii wrist strap that prevents my Q10 from falling when I'm on my bike or in a busy street...

Was usually the first thing I removed from a camera...

Wrist strap not for me, but I could see how some people would find it useful in some situations.

Have seen a few people with phones attached to a lanyard around their neck....

Yup, always took it off the camera. Except when travelling.

I actually have one on mmy Lumia 1020. While it can be a bit annoying at times, it does a decent job keeping the phone save.

    Double-typed and posted with a BlackBerry Q10.

Lol how do you use it on your bike? Wouldn't it be flapping everywhere putting the phone at risk of damage anyway?

Did you put it through the mic hole and the speaker? Looks like it would interfere with the mic picking up sound.

Haha, ok guys thanx for the feedback.

I use it while I'm riding my bike in the busy Amsterdam streets. It saves my phone in case it slips out of my hand... I dont'use it to attach it to my bike :-)

No, you should not be holding a phone on a bike in the first place.
