i really think a q10 with at around .5 inch taller screen would really grab consumer's eyes to consider a blackberry phone an option, its a compromise between the old 9900 and what most consumers want; a bigger screen. Make the q10 a visible workhorse of a phone w/ a slighter bigger battery (because of the added screen size), quad core at least 1.5ghz processor and a fun feature like the HTC's infrared sensor or the S4's "hover" sensor, you would make it phone that really competes for more market share.

the new blackberry phones never wow'd me. Granted I'm a loyal BB fan; i'm really dragging my feet on spending my money on a new BB phone, it was like upgrading from the 9700 to my current 9900, it's slightly better. Now the A10 looks like the phone that would compete and maybe there would be another qwerty (q20 in the future) with way better specs that can really show off what the new OS can do..

Not me! Besides the qwerty key pad that's what attracted me to the Q10 the phones these days are just getting stupid I mean you might as well put a tablet next to your ear because that's what it's coming to. Phones should look like phones next to your ear not a damn book!

I waited to get the Q10 BECAUSE its screen is not massive. I am not a big gammer and I don't watch movies on my phone. I use my phone for emails, text, quick look at the net, and believe it or not "phone calls". I didn't want some huge screen. That's why I didn't get the Z10. I carried my son's Nexus around in my jeans pocket for an hour and it drove me nuts. The Q10 is perfect for my need. I wouldn't want any screen bigger then 4" to be honest. Even that's pushing it. It looks ridiculous when I am at work, or on a bus and someone busts out the massive Note, or nexus phone. And I hate how in a persons pocket they new big phones look like they have a small book in there lol

No. The Q10 is perfectly sized...phone is mainly business tool for serious emailing and coomunication.
For everything else, a tablet would be better -

Love my torch. All they had to do was upgrade it to new os,better camera ,etc. no trackwheel button, menu, call buttons ,speed dial, and other complaints noted in forum show blackberry needed to listen to customers instead of telling us what is good for us.

I would definitely like to see a larger Q10 (possibly Q30).

I'm 6ft tall and the iPhone fits on one side of my hand. It's pretty small. While devices like the Note 2 have thrived, it's not just because of it's large screen, it's also because of it's all day battery life (under heavy usage, LTE on, high brightness, etc)

Bring on the larger Q10!

So, I wonder what if there were a larger version of the Q10 available - same form factor and exactly the same feel as Q10 but with larger square screen and larger QWERTY keyboard. Would you be interested?

I would be more inclined to buy a BlackBerry 10 smartphone with the form-factor of the BlackBerry Bold 9700/9780/9790. After using the BlackBerry Z10 since February 2013 I have come to the realization while this smartphone is amazing it is cumbersome to carry and handle compared to my BlackBerry Bold 9780.

I think what most people forget who wish for a bigger screen QWERTY device is the fact that BB decided to go for square format....so every fraction of an inch that you add to the length of the screen will have to be added to its width too! Meaning that you will soon arrive at a phone that is significantly wider than what people want and are used to. I think there is no way to go much bigger than the current Q10/5 screen sizes without the phone becoming too wide.
So for a larger (non square) screen AND a QWERTY keyboard, a slider will be the only way IMO!

I would like to have seen the Q10 with a slightly bigger screen. I think it would have been even better If it would've been the same size (height wise) as the Z10. It's already great the way it is, I just think that would make it even better. Maybe we will see that on the next model.

The Z10 and Q10 are the biggest I'd want a phone. But for some reason the A30 is growing on me. As for a bigger Q10, I probably would buy it if it looked liked the TK Justice.
