Hello guys I'm trying to setup my work email on the q10. There is no specific it department and we do not have any BES services. I tried to use the simple method with email and password to add an account but it keeps saying email or password is wrong. Don't know what to do tried to use Microsoft exchange with the custom settings info from my outlook on work computer still says server not right.

I am using outlook Web app (owa.companyname.com/owa) to access it so far but it is very inconvenient.

Please help out guys!!

Who has access to the router?

try owa.company.com for the server address and just your username and password. make sure you do not put the @company in your username and pick the microsoft exchange activesync option.

First thanks a lot guys,

And I used microsoft active exchange section and then filled in domain (which I'm not entirely sure of, where to pull out from) and then I put in username without @company... and then full email and password.. I just don't know why it keeps saying ur login has changed blah blah..

Talk to your IT guy, you most likely need a proper domain in your username field, such as my own. My email is @hazelv.com but my username in the username field is LIGHTLV/username.
