On 10.1 thankfully Word Subs works on SMS/BBM/E-mail, but on email, it trims new line char.

For example :
'asd' =>
a
s
d

on email :
a s d

Does anyone experience this too?

Hi, for me, this was a big problem, use Word Subs/Auto Text daily and the lack of 'carriage return' working properly made it a big problem. Have the Q10, with Vodafone in the UK, and software updated the other day to version 10.1.0.273 and now the carriage returns work perfectly. Hope this helps....

This is great news, as the stripping of carriage returns is one of the few disappointments with my new Q.
