I have been waiting since Nov 1 1AM for my black q10. I got a message on the 2nd saying it was out of stock. So, I've been waiting for a week and a half and they haven't cancelled my order. Which leads me to believe that they will restock inventory sometime this month. (hopefully before the end of the sale so that I can get a z30 instead if things go south)
I would be really upset if they don't restock and they have me waiting this long just so that they say weeks later that they won't go through with my order and refund my purchase.

Ugggh. What is up with shop BlackBerry? Been waiting for Q10 to come back in stock and now I see Q5 is also out of stock in Canada. Would be nice to know if BlackBerry has permanently sold out of Q10 and not making anymore or when we can expect to see them in stock? Or are they phased out and replaced by Classic and Passport? Don't understand why BlackBerry would put on a sale and be sold out of a product in the first few days and no communication... sigh

Shopblackberry dot com isn't actually blackberry. It is a third party "authorized retailer" that would be why there has been no communication from blackberry about the sale or lack of stock/replenishment of stock.

If there is still a picture of the phone I'm assuming it will be restocked. The white Q10, and black Z10 aren't shown anymore so I assume those are gone for good.

My guess is that the Z10 and Q10 will be discontinued by the end of the year to make room for the new phones.

They both will very much be there for a year more and maybe two yrs more for the q10 if not the z10. All updates will be given to both the Q and the Z series.
