Hello:
So, i have always had BB�s, i didn�t have that much money and i got a "new" Q10 as a personal present.
I charged the phone but the charger was broken and it exploded when i plugged it, let me say that it was also connected to the phone,
When i say that it exploded i mean that the electrical security switch jumped leaving that room with no electricity. Since then my q10 has been broken.
If i buy a new motherboard could i fix it?

If the phones new you have a 1 yr manufacturer warranty from Blackberry themselves.
The motherboard is the one part you cannot buy.
I had to replace my motherboard, I had to buy a q10 with a broken screen to harvest the part

Hey, great! Can i ask where did u buy your broken q10 and how much did u pay?
Also, did u fix it yourself? and why did u have to fix your bb?

I got my Q10 wet washing the car. Not really wet, but a few drops got in the USB or HDMI ports. When I dried it out, the top lock button no longer worked. I did a bit of research and found this can happen when there is a problem with a diode on the main board. I found a Q10 with a broken screen on KIjiji for $60 and swapped that board into my Q10.

Get yourself a set of little screwdrivers on ebay for less than $10 and you'll be able to replace damn near anything on the phone--keyboard, screen, speaker, camera etc. I've done my keyboard and screen/speaker myself and spent a total of $35 including the tool set!

The screwdrivers as a set are T1-T8 and I got them on ebay for $2 free shipping. Better than just buying one for $1
Q10 with Telus on 10.3.0.1052
150 off of Craigslist, fixed it myself with the toolkit from crackberry (I had bought a set off of ebay, but they were a soft metal, and the sizes weren't accurate). Had to fix it because when swapping housings I damaged the pins on the motherboard for my screen :(
