I have a question if RIM does stop with making blackberry's and even stop with BES software. Will the Q10 still works?

Here in The Netherlands there is no BIS plan and the Q10 works with a normal mobile internet plan.

I got a black one now and just order the 24 krt Gold edition Q10.

RIM maybe in bad weather but I got nothing but love for BlackBerry. And that is why I order the Gold Q10.

Yes it will, just like any other smartphone out there. I know people who are still using "abandoned" devices/plattforms like the Nokia N900 (Maemo 5), Nokia N9 (Meego), Nokia E90 Communicator (Symbian 3rd), Nokia E7/N8/E6/808 (Symbian^3) or HTC Touch Pro 2 (Windows Mobile 6.5). They all still work and mostly suffer only from sheer age or lack of app development. But other than that, they still work.

Legacy BB devices might be a different story due to the BIS requirements.
