Recently I've been experiencing a problem whereby my home wifi (Sky) has been disabling blackberry services on my phone, i.e. the BB logo disappears from the signal bar, so whilst I can browse and receive data like emails and notifications, I can't get BBM's. If I turn wifi off and move to mobile reception (Vodafone), the BB logo comes back, but then eventually goes again after wifi has been turned back on for a while.

Nothing has changed in either my phone (Q10) software, or my wifi setup.

Anyone else experienced this? Any ideas how to fix?

I had the same problem with my local ISP Vodafone. It took them about 24 hours to fix, now I am a happy camper. Have you spoken to your ISP?

Try rebooting your router, that might help.

Thanks guys, will call Sky and try rebooting and hope for the best! Just seems to be such a random issue, can't understand the logic behind it...
