It's hit and miss for me sometimes. I suspect that it's not the phone's fault.

Have had the exact same issue with my Q10 but when I try to use the exact same wifi signal with my iPhone 5S, it connects no problem. No idea what the issue is.

Heres an interesting one. Since the day i purchased my q10 from Bell it only connects to wireless g(2.4) or wireless a(5ghz). On either band it cannot see or connect to wireless N. Other than that ive had no issues. If i leave my router on mixed it will connect at wireless g and work fine. Even the firmware in my router shows it connecting on wireless G while other devices are connecting on the N. Anyone ever seen or heard of that?

Think maybe it uses a different radio or chipset for the wireless N thats not functioning?

Is it an older model wireless "N" router?

I have seen this with channel selection issues with older "N" routers as they don't have the updated chip sets that's compatible with the ip range of your device you are tyeing to connect. Delete connection, restart router via hyperlink addres. The connect using a pin and set to ipv6 as well! Give that a try!

No its a newer linksys e3000. Its the one after the wrt610n and more or less based off it on the inside. Ive never had any issues with it and my previous z10 did connect wireless N. I sold the z10 and bought the q10 and noticed it. Ill try deleting and resetting the router n see what happens.

So ive reset my phone and my router but its still a no go on connecting at wireless N. Must be hardware related in my q10. I can live with wireless G
