I found the following problem, when receiving my new Q10:
Wi-fi connection (with WPA) has broken after some minutes of data transfer, e.g. Youtube. Thereafter, TP-Link TL-WR740N router had to be restarted, else Wi-fi connectivity became impossible, even with other devices, e.g. netbook. Normally, an Android phone and a Dell netbook has connected to this router via Wi-Fi with no problem.

I could solve the problem partially.
    - Blackberry recommends to synchronize router time and BBQ10 system time.

Really, key issue was the erratic time settings of router. After fixing it, my Q10 could remain in connection during about half day before breaking up.

Example for router time setting: photo

    (I used Get GMT button)

I've had this same problem with a TP-Link WiFi extender. What worked for me is to edit the specific WiFi connection profile on my Q10 and disable "Inter-access point Handover".
