It really depends on what you want. I love my Q10's physical keyboard. The tactile feedback actually helps me type faster and more efficiently than on a virtual keyboard, as I prefer to type out the entire word rather than rely on auto-complete.
I also love the battery life and the overall look and feel of my white Q10 is amazing with the grey-silver metal frame and accents.
One complaint about the Q10 is that the screen size and 1:1 aspect ratio are not very good for videos or games - but the Q10 was designed to be a communication and productivity tool, not an entertainment device. That said, some Android apps are also difficult to use or unusable due to the screen.
When I need a larger screen, I supplement with larger devices. But the Q10 is the phone I carry with me at all times.
I actually used to own a Z30. I sold it to get my Q10 and I wish I would have kept it and just gotten the Q10 along with it. As much as I love my Q10, I consider the Z30 to be the best all-around smartphone I have ever used. It had a great balance of size, features, and style and was great for both work and play.
I do have a Z10 on the way - current prices on used ones were hard to resist, and it's still an excellent phone even by today's standards. I'm looking forward to using an all-touch BB10 device again and seeing what I think after being on a Q10 for a while.
