It is available but your lack of elaboration on what, exactly you're asking is preventing anyone from further explaining. Do you mean it's not available as it was previously on BBOS? Do you mean it's not showing correctly on your Q10? Do you mean you're simply not seeing it? Please, elaborate so we can help.
He can't take back up from your device in BlackBerry protect for example some one using 9315 BlackBerry cell protect take back up automatically but in Q-10 it's not work.

The backup option is not available for BlackBerry Protect on BlackBerry 10.

Protect is one of those apps which got kind of feature cut with BB10. You can still back-up using either BB Link software or one of the available back-up apps in BB World.
I know this to be true but it really is a negative they did that. I have kinda forgot about but this thread brings it back. I really liked the option of auto backup. Using link takes so much time and effort.
