Why is OS10.3.2 deleting apps after restart?

I recently updated my Q10 to OS 10.3.2, and whenever I have to restart the phone, it will delete all my setting and installed apps, and essentially I need to go through the whole process of setting up BBM etc.

Does anyone know if there is an easy fix for this?
