Running the latest BB10 version for verizon Q10s (Cant see the version to post it because as I type I'm doing a restore pertaining to this problem) my Q10 will remember the words I add to the dictionary and predictive text but after a few weeks, the words and predictive text will no longer appear as I type. The phone still remembers the words in the sense that once typed they don't appear with the red underlining indicating a misspelled word but the words no longer appear after typing the first few letters as well as the predictive phrases would after the first or second word of a familiar phrase is typed. The only temporary fix I've found is restoring to factory settings and restoring my contacts and media. Anyone know of a fix?

Check under language and input. Make sure all options are toggled on. That's my only suggestion, I am using a Q10 and checked my settings. Good luck.
