    I try to call my relative but we can't do video call. Why like that? How can we access that?

    BBM video on BB10 only works with other BB10 devices.

    He's on android and he download a bbm so that we can call thru phone. Even in android, we can't access vid call?

    Android/iOS to Android/iOS.
