    Ever since I upgraded to the 10.3.2.556 Software running version 10.3.2.585, every time my Q10 restarts, my settings are lost and I have to start all over as if it were a new phone. I tried to use a fix on found on this website and it says "fix not applicable to this device." Even though I'm backed up I lose 3 phone numbers each time. I've had blackberrys for years and never had any trouble like this before. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

    are you doing a backup and a restore using BlackBerry Link?

    try a factory wipe, then restore... or save 3 phone numbers to the sim card

    additionally, I have had times my contact application seems to take a long time to load, but once it does all numbers return

    This has been experienced before, pertaining to device resets and looses all data settings after restart - take a look at this thread:

    Not sure if you are seeing the blue LED after restart, just trying to help...
