Hi,

i am using Q 10, SQN-100-3, today i install the update 10.3.2.2474, after upgrading, BBM is not working on Wifi, on SIM DATA its working normal, But on wifi no BBM, error coming (NO BLACKBERRY DATA) BBM is unable to connect to the server.
I have tried the hard reset and software reinstall using BBLINK.

Kindly help. anyone else facing same issue?

Can you surf the web on wifi? Have you checked the wifi settings on your phone to make sure it is properly connected?

All other apps are working fine on wifi only bbm is not working.. and there is no bbm connect logo on screen only wifi and sim signal logo.

I'm having the same issue on a Z10 after I upgraded to 10.3.2. It's on a Tmobile network and they say that they don't support BBM on 10.3.2 on a Z10 or Q10. Just the classic and Passport. Don't know if that 's true, but only BBM and BB Protect are the only 2 apps that don't work.

When attached to wifi. Try turning off cellular data and see if the little blackberry logo will then appear in the upper right. If so turn cell data back on and it should be fine. Happened on my Q10 once in a while
