    I have bb q10 verizon model with 10.3.3.1463. I can make calls but i can't receive . can i solve this problem? i have no problem just that. Please help me !! Thank you ....

    Generally that's a network issue. Try rebooting your device and checking with your carrier if they're having issues. If they say all is fine, then you might want want to consider any changes you may have made to your device or possibly reset it.

    Unfortunately it does sound like a carrier issue. I get that with an iPhone 5C besides my Q10. Also where I live reception is poor which doesn't help any.
