[CrackBerry Question]

Monday my imap account stopped working on q10. still works on computer and ipad. provider changed server setting. tried all combinations of settings, servers ports. get invalid account error or cant add at this time error. one combo worked and account added but had no mail come into it. BlackBerry says not their problem. provider says all setting correct. other 3 accounts work on phone fine. tried adding imap account back using exact settings as other imap account on phone but no luck.
