    My LG bluetooth headphones had good volume when I first paired it with my Q10 but I can barely hear it at the highest volume setting now. I've only had the phone since xmas.

    some suggestions...
    Hard reset Phone?
    Delete headset from phones bluetooth list and re-pair them ?

    does volume work normally with wired headset or other bluetooth device?
