Anybody has an idea why my Q10 battery some days uses almost 12 percent an hour from my battery and other days only 3 percent?
What is the normal percent with 4G on?

Well the only one who can find out is you.
Check your Device Monitor every once in a while to see what is draining the battery.

Could be an issue with a battery connection, or maybe you just need a new battery. Toward the end of my Q10s life I had lots of battery issues. I found placing a business card between the battery and back tray helped extend battery life. Don't ask how or why it worked. It just did.

Firstly, how old is this Q10?
(if it's 2 Years or older, then this type of behaviour is normal)
Using 4G, also drains the battery quite a lot, so when it downloading updates or retrieving messages ect, this will drain it a little faster. I would recommend switching to 3G if possible :)
Best thing to do as the lady above me has said, check your device monitor when the battery seems to drain heavily and see what's using all the juice :)
Worse case scenario, buy a new battery.
