    My black berry q10,latest version 10.3.1.1154 is activating itself from normal to do not disturb mode everytime.if I reset it back to normal still comes back to do not disturb by itself.

    Backup first your data using BlackBerry Link:

    1. Open BlackBerry Link.
    2. Connect the device to the computer using the USB cable.
    3. At the side of the screen, select the device.
    4. Click Back Up & Restore.
    Note: To choose specific information to be backed up, select the Custom Backup option.
    5. Click Back Up Device.
    6. Wait until the backup process has completed before disconnecting your device.


    Then do a reload of your BlackBerry 10 OS using BlackBerry Link:

    On Windows:

    1. Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
    2. Install the latest version of BlackBerry Blend (includes BlackBerry Link) here.
    3. Power off the BlackBerry device.
    4. Open BlackBerry Link.
    5. Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable.
    6. Under the Devices heading, click the device name when it is displayed.
    Note: If the device is not detected, at the top-right click Preferences.
    7. Under Reload Device Software, click Reload.
    8. Click OK.


    On Mac OS:

    1. Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
    2. Install the latest version of BlackBerry Blend (includes BlackBerry Link) here.
    3. Power off the BlackBerry device.
    4. Open BlackBerry Link.
    5. Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable.
    6. In the menu bar at the top-left of the screen, click BlackBerry Link > Preferences.
    7. Under the Reload tab, click Reload.


    If you ever want to restore your backup:

    1. Open BlackBerry Link.
    2. Connect the device to the computer using the USB cable.
    3. At the side of the screen, select the device.
    4. Click Back Up & Restore.
    5. Click Restore Device.

    Do you have meetings in your calendar and have Meeting Mode turned on? What that does is automatically turn your notifications to silent when your meeting time starts.
