    Hi! So my Q10 was in my purse in my locker while I was at work. Some how it started a software update automatically. When I got to it, I had a notification to plug my phone in, but it died before I could. Now it won't turn back on. Obviously you're not supposed to let it die while it is in the middle of an update, hence the warning that you should always plug your phone in while performing an update. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

    plug the phone into a power source. if it doesn't start back up, then download a suitable OS to your PC and load the update yourself. Check here for the OS you want to load.https://drive.bitcasa.com/send/6tMMp...HedRexbIoGYDA/
