    Is this a new plan with your carrier? If so, confirm that the plan includes MMS (multimedia messaging service). This can be separate from standard SMS service.

    If it is included in your plan, go to Hub > Settings > Text Messages. Scroll down and ensure that "Auto Retrieval Mode" is set to Always.
