    If I take a picture with my q10 and restart the phone, the picture don't show up in the gallery. I only have internal storage. It started 3 days ago. From then, I can't see my pictures which were taken before 1st of March. Also, my blackberry hup shows the latest messages and messages before 1st of March. Maybe an OS reload can help but I made pictures that I really need. Can anyone help? I have the latest 10.3.1.1565 OS.

    You may have run out of internal storage space. If so, the newer pictures will replace the older pictures.

    Go to Settings/Storage and Access. Look at the Device Storage Details to see if you have used it all up.

    First:
    Do a complete backup with Link

    Second:
    Get an SD Card 32GB and install.

    Then when you take more pictures, it will save them to your SD Card and not your internal storage.
