    My wife has a 9900 and I had an 8730 that was so simple to setup and email account on with GroupWise. Just to test, I set up my email account on my wife's 9900 and it works just fine, but my Q10 says it can't reach my smtp server on port 465. I went into advanced setup with all my proper settings for the server and it says smtp server on port 465 cannot be reached. I doubt there is much GroupWise experience still left out there, but I can do it so easily on a 9900 why is the Q10 so difficult? I mean it's basically just an IMAP account and the all the 9900 needed was my email address and password to work. Appreciate any help. I might have to call Tmobile to see if they know, but there isn't much BBRY support there let alone GroupWise. Thanks.

    Have you tried letting it just automatically find the settings?
