    i wiped bb q10 but it take soo long, i pull off the battery and it start wiping again, but after compeleting i got error10-0015, after that i tried to reload os via link but it fails at extracting device software. what to do now..

    What OS are you trying to load, and what were you on before the wipe.

    Your going to need to reinstall the OS....

    You might could use LINK to do a Factory Restore... but I doubt it will reconize the devcie. Your best bet is to install it using an Autoloader. http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...loader-927076/
