    Since about a week ago, when I try to save photos that have been sent to me attached to text messages, my BB Q10 just sits there like it's thinking and then does nothing. In the past, I've always pressed and held the photo and then it gives me options to save. What can the problem be? How to fix?

    what OS are you running? I would reboot and see if that fixes the issue.

    Jaydee5799, my OS is 10.2.1.2976, and rebooting does not fix the problem. Thanks for your reply. Any other suggestions/ideas?

    Check your MMS Settings and check with your provider
