    Good day

    I have a Blackberry Q10

When I switch my phone on, the is a phone and a arrow to a screen.
I guess this means connect the phone to a computer.

    What can I do ?

Search the forums for reloading OS, it's explained in many threads. Have you connected the phone to a computer yet? Does it prompt you to do something?

I've never seen that either. But, log on to the internet and plug your phone in to your computer by USB. It will most likely connect and reload the OS.

    1. Do you have Blackberry Link installed on your computer? If not, go to:

BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - United States

    2. Connect your Q10 to your computer using the USB cable. The USB connector only fits in the lower slot on the left side of your Q10. The upper slot is for a mini-HDMI cable.

    3. Run Blackberry Link and follow on-screen instructions.

    4. Don't panic.

Are you on Windows or Mac? Does your phone show up in Windows Explorer? If not then you need to switch cables. Find one that works then use it with BlackBerry Link.
