    i am really fed up with my bb q10 because since i bought it almost 1.6 yrs back i have not been able to buy any app fm bb world . Any time i try to do this i get an error code AW10000c (select a different payment method ). Though i have deleted and again added my card details again an again but it just doesn't work?

    Last time when i deleted the existing details and again re enter the whole details and i got all the green right symbols against each entry of the details but while processing the payment it comes back to the same error code AW10000c.

    i would really appreciate if the forum can help me since its killing my passion for BB.

    I assume you've already read the support page :

    For the resolution 1 : Check again the data you gave. A wrong letter in a city is enough to generate this error code (even if all the fields are green flagged).

    For the resolution 2 : Where is located your bank and in which country are you ? Your account can be flagged if you try to use a card not issued in the country you're now.

    For the resolution 3 : I assume your phone is up-to-date ? Type the 5 letters "myver" followed by a space in your next post.

    *********** yes i had checked all the options and tried all the suggestions mention at.

    KB24454-"There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/ support for more information. (Error Id: 10000)" appears when purchasing an application in BlackBerry World


    For the resolution 1 : Deleted the current data and then re enter the card details ( debit card) as mention in my bank account same to same word by word and got succeeded in that as well.


    For the resolution 2 : Am in Nigeria but my bank is from India but the address mention in my banking record is of Nigeria hence i entered all the details as mention my bank account.


    For the resolution 3 : yes, my phone is having os .

    After doing all above the result is still the same. error code AW10000c...............................


    what next.....................

    You have your answer : bank in India and you are currently living in Nigeria (and this country is red flagged). Contact the BlackBerry world support directly for resolution or use one of the workaround.

    But I have bought the apps earlier fm BlackBerry world fm Nigeria using my indian bank details. The only diff is that time I was using OS7 with BlackBerry 9980/9990 models.

    But. Anyways will try as advised by you and also try and use my local bank to see if it works.
