    Really shocked why it was happening when playing some hd videos on my q10 some times. Screen turns into blue color and then black. But still voice is coming on soo plz help how to solve this issue

    What OS are you running and where did you get the videos from? Are you sure they are the proper format for your phone?

    I am using 10.3.1.1767(leaked)
    And videos are hd (720p)
    Idk why screen freezing and got blue color but still audio work great
    After a hard reset now it's ok
