    The usual questions:
    1. Have you tried a simple device reboot?
    2. Have you tried a hard reboot using the volume buttons?
    3. Have you tried checking it out with the BBVE tool from BlackBerry World?

    Edit:
    Actually I'd try it in reverse order, check it with BBVE first, then again after those reboots if the sensor still doesn't work. If BBVE doesn't detect it after a hard reboot, you might consider a full, clean installation of the OS.

    I think he is saying his phones motion sensor is not working correctly. Can't you go into the settings in the game and adjust the tilt sensitivity
