Does anyone have a different battery door for their white Q10 that isn't as slippery as the stock batt door?

Example, the Z10 has a 3rd party faux leather battery door on ebay.

Is there something similar for the white q10? I mainly want a batt door that is less slippery. I even thought of buying the white carbon fiber skin to put on the batt door? maybe that will help?

I've only ever seen the OEM battery cover for sale, exactly the same as stock. I did a little checking around and from what I've seen I would recommend this:
