I can't believe anyone thinks he had a significant hand in the Q10 other than authoritative approval. That in itself demands maturity.

Yes ge did a good job getting BB10 delivered by having company focused. But it shouldn't really concern anyone where he is now, unless your a colleague, or working or cb or family member as in all honesty he doesn't care about us. This isn't an insult just simple reality, no need to shed a tear about it. He's a grown man and can take care of himself, especially with millions in cash on the bank from severance, bonus', and exit clause cash!

BlackBerry 10 was already in the works before Thor, in fact he was responsible for delaying it for over year to polish software.

But unfortunately it wasn't polished and many features were missing.

Yep, 10.2.1 should have been how it released, and then it should be even more improved by now. They definitely should have had a few people who worked on older BB's to have input on BB10's design and features...

Well I still he think he did the best he could in his authoritative role. He did bring os10 to market and with that said ceo's either crash and burn or they develop golden halos for the direction the companies go. It's the nature of corporate life. I'm thankful at least he had the insight to push out two new blackberries at the time with he had accessible to him. And to bring light to the new os10 that was delayed so terribly by the former.
