hi well i'm thinking of getting either the 9900 or the Q10, right now i have the 9780, i'm wondering when looking at a phone in terms of battery life witch is better to go by stand by or talk time i've made a list of what the blackberry.com website shows of all 3 phones and their battery life's

Q10 talk time 13.5Hrs
stand by time 14.8days

bold 9900 talk time 5.9Hrs
standy by time 12.8days

bold 9780 talk time 6Hrs
standy by time 17days

well looking at it i can see right off the bat that the Q10's talk time is double that of the 9780 and 9900 so it would stand to reason that the battery life in the real world last for 1-2 days given usage am i correct?

I think you are interpreting the data correctly.

**EDIT** Not sure it will last you the days, but the fact the battery will last longer in real time, real use, yes. I wouldn't say you ca talk for 2 days without charging.
