    My whatsapp default sound setting is "Essential". I have changed it to another one but guess what? The sound setting for my whatsapp keeps resetting back to the default setting.

    Anyone facing similar issue?

    Restart the device and try again. Also see if there is an update for your version of WhatsApp...

    I don't use sounds on my device (Z10), it is always on silent. The red LED works just fine
