    +1 for this situation.
I have my Q10, with Whatsapp installed, but no integration.
However, my friend's Q10 has normal Whatsapp/HUB integration.
    What can be wrong?

I don't have a q10 but when you figure out what the you did let me know. I hate that WhatsApp is integrated in hub and I can't disable it. Even when I go into the hub menu and turn of show whatsapp all the messages still show up in the main his view.

The solution to all the problem is
    1. Backup
    2. Reload the software (OS)
    3. Reinstall the app

If you installed WhatsApp on 10.0, then upgraded to 10.1, you may have a version of the app installed that doesn't have hub integration support. We have separate builds of our app for 10.0 and 10.1, so hopefully a delete-and-reinstall should make BB World give you the correct version.

One way to tell, is if you go into the Application Permissions setting screen, and look at the version number of our app. If the last digit is ".0", then its a 10.0 build. If its ".1", then its a 10.1 build. All the in-app version numbers don't show this last digit.

Also, even if you are running 10.1, you have to be running a newer release of 10.1 to get our hub integration features (i.e. newer than what the Q10 originally launched with). That means anything in the 10.1.0.16xx+ range (by actual OS versions, not whatever numbers carriers show on the update screen).

Can we get more user modifiable options in the settings menu similar to we had on os7 there is literally nothing the user can set. The options are really bare- boned.

Having a slightly different issue. My WhatsApp notifications were automatically integrated after the OS update, however, I now have duplicate entries of my open chats - one with the notification icon and one with the What'sApp icon. I assume the issue will correct itself as I get new messages in those open chats.

This is the issue I'm having as well. There's no wah to turn off hub integration.

I had to uninstall then reinstall to fix it. But now the notifications are stuck on the default. (essential with vibrate on). No matter what tone I set it to it won't change.
