Hope everyone is enjoying their blackberry Q10's! Glad to be using a keyboard again after owning the iphone 5!! Just wondering what battery life everyone is currently getting?

battery life: Approx 1 day use (never put down!)

Skype no longer works. But I'm aware that there are workarounds. Other than that, everything is hunky dory

I use my phone a fair bit and would have to say I get about between 1 and half days to at least 2 days max if I don't turn wifi on and constantly run 3G only (never switch 2G on at the mo) if I am using wifi to save my data I get about a day...I find it hard to use my phone lightly because I freakin love it soo much lol

I get wicked awesome battery life. Heavy user here. Always makes it from wake to bed no problem. I'm from Boston in case you couldn't figure that out.

I'm on 10.2.0.1047 and it lasts all day...it's only died completely once, which I let happen.

I am on twitter a lot, and while I do love Blaq, it uses more battery than the stock twitter app does. I usually don't mind though, because I'm always with a charger of some kind.

Lol I cannae stand most amaerican TV shows (big bang theory being one of them) only a secelt few and anything by seth macfarlane (not the bloody cleveland show lol) but yeah I try to reduce the scottish slang on these forums cause I ken that i'll get questions asking what so and so means lol

Do you keep it on normal data connection? Or do you use wifi at any point?

I get about 2.5 days with light usage. Keep wireless off, unless I need it, and fetch email myself.

For heavier usage times, I can go over a day.

I am really happy with the battery though! I just didn't want to get one of those phones that I HAD to charge every single day.

Yep--"Wicked" is absolutely a NE term! Used to date a gal from Cape Cod that used that term in every other sentance, and I still do use it--30 years later-LOL! Its addicting!
Battery Life is awesome on my Q10 running 10.2.1047/810. Normally charge all night (btw, using my old BB9810 charger not the one that came with the Q10) and unplug it around 6am. It goes all day with average use and normally around 11:30 pm or so when I plug it back in, it still has an avg of 40% left on the meter. I do wish a DEV would put out an app that measures the actual hourly drain in a % like many did for the 7.0 OS phones. Battery Guru is looking into per an email from them. So--I'd say the battery life is "Wicked"!

You paid a good sum of money for that phone. Word of advice - use it to its full potential.

10.2, been getting more than a fulls day with over 50% battery life when i get home. i dont call or text much but i do some heavy browsing throughout the day.
