The entire curved bar style feel and size of the device with a square screen and keyboard inside of a Defender case. So... the design.

The battery life is my second favorite aspect.

-Clicking keyboard (how about adding speaker clicks?)

-Batteries can be swapped (how about hot-swappable batteries?)

-And sexy small, that's where I think 10 is better than 30.

Omg wouldn't that be awesome though!? Pull down from the top for a quick setting to use a few minute power supply to run the phone while the batteries swap. EPIC.

Battery life and the keyboard for me.

To answer the question above, I am a moderate user (school teacher) and currently my battery is sitting at 75%. But I haven't listen edit o music today...if I had it would be down around 45%.

I also love having the best of three worlds...my iTunes playlists, android apps as well as blackberry, and the blackberry apps, battery life and keyboard.

That it can fit in my pocket!
That it doesn't look ridiculous to jog with!

Unfortunatley double typing seems to be on the rise ... Never ever had this with any of my bolds and curves...

Definitely the keyboard. But what's more, is the device as a whole. It is a great device for communication. My communication relies heavily on email and phone calls and the Q10 shines above any other device I've used for the most basic of tasks.

That it is small enough to fit in my pocket, good weight not too light nor too heavy, not plasticky over all good looking phone. Of all the BlackBerry phones I owned I like the keyboard and keys of this phone it's so easy to punch in when I type. I have quite a light hand and this fits me so well. My 9360 I need to push in keys harder when I type. Very comfortable to use and type all day(as if). Messaging is a breeze on this phone. I like the LED notification in all BlackBerry phones :-)

I upgraded to a Q10 for the overall look, feel and size of the phone. Most smartphones look to feminine for my tastes. The Q10 has a robust muscular feel that I like. The keyboard is very good and responsive and the sound quality is great. Given that I like the size, I do actually think that Blackberry could get away with a larger screen, but I would suggest making the device wider (about an inch) rather than taller.

I just replaced the Bold on my business phone with the q10. Coming from someone who's primary device is an iPhone 5, I really think BlackBerry hit it out of the park.

It's the perfect balance of simplicity and productivity.

The hardware keyboard is my main reason for buying it. Trying to fire off emails for customer support on the iPhone isn't remotely as quick.

Aside from that, it isn't a black brick. I'm so bored with the same old thing.
