That don't look good. Did you try a hard reset/battery pull (if you can pull the battery)?
Do a backup and then try reloading your os software. Hope this helps :)
Where did you get your BlackBerry Q10 ? Official retailer ? EBay ? Elsewhere ?
Did you or someone open it ? Did it fell hard on something ? Because, the issue seems to be with the ribbon cable connecting the display to the motherboard.
Well, I guess we can also break the display driver somehow (a big electromagnetic pulse ?). So... can be software. But I doubt it.
That's not a good sign
Do you think that this is a conflict between software?
Sounds like something wrong with the screen?. What could have caused it? You let it fall or something?.
Do a back up and reinstal like someone said... if that doesnt fix it, then possibly it is damaged hardware.
Um Yeah. I'd delete those recently installed apps and do a battery pull. Ooops, too used to doing that on my 9900.
Nope. Hardware is my first guess. If you answer the question I gave you, we'll have a better guess.
Software, if system drivers are corrupted. Possible, but I don't think so.
I got this Q10 from Official retailer.
This problem occur only when I open 5-6 apps
and of course no one open it.
First, my guess is hardware, but my friends said the reason may be a conflict between software.
I nstalled and run some Android apps.
Looks like a hardware issue related to graphic card. My computer used to behave like that some time after i turn it on, however a gentle blow and clean of connection of my graphic card fixed it. Maybe in your case just a screen socket loosen, or a hardware defect. Best thing to do is take it to smartcom repair center in Xa Dan, Hanoi (I live there :D)

Delete those apps and see if it fixes the issue. If it does you'll know it was app related. Just a suggestion.

Don't restore your backup unless you really need to. You would probably restore whatever problem you may have if it's software related.

Ok... which one ?
CharOn, Metatrader, Maps (apps from Android)
Youtube, BBWorld, Browser (apps from BBWorld)
At that time, Ram > 1,35G
I had major issues side loading apps. My phone froze in the call screen, I had other freezing issues. Wiped it and problem resolved. I refuse to sideload apps. I only use amazon for android apps now and cross fingers, have not had an issue. Good luck!

I tried to max use my RAM with multiple app opened, but can't reproduce your problem. I use the same apps, expect metatrader and CharOn.
